1. There will be first, second and third place winner in each category.  First, Second, and Third place winners will receive premiums sponsored by the Wilson County Fair & Wilson County Promotions.  (Amount of premiums will be the same as the Adult Home Economics.)  Only first and second place winners will be sent to the Central Region FCE Cultural Arts Competition for judging.
2. An individual may enter only one item per category or sub-category (i.e. Categories #8, 11, 14, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 27 may have an entry from the same person in each of the sub-categories.)
3. Articles must be the work of the fce member.  Said work to have been completed during the past year since the last conference
4. No doll kits or preprinted (“cheater”) quilts will be accepted.  All frameable items must be framed.
5. Each member is responsible for arranging transportation for exhibits to and from the competition site.
6. Entries will be exhibited by category.
7. A “Best of Show” award will be presented.
8. Neither the Tennessee Association for Family and Community Education, its officers or members, Wilson County fce, its officers or members, the University of Tennessee, Wilson County nor the Extension Staff will be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged items.  We do not anticipate any misfortunes, but this disclaimer must be clearly understood by all exhibitors.
9. Judges will be secured by the Wilson County FCS Extension Agent, Advisor to the Wilson County fce Organization.
10. All exhibitors must be Wilson County fce members in good standing having paid current year dues.
