HONEY & BAKING WITH HONEY

Honey Extracting Demonstration
Friday, Saturday and Sunday Evenings at 8:00 p.m.

Competition open only to Wilson County residents and/or Wilson County Beekeepers Association members.

One entry per lot per person.

Honey will be judged ONLY in standard 1 lb. Honey jars. All other jars will be disqualified.

No identification allowed on entries.

Entry acceptability at judge's discretion. Judge's decision is final.

Entrants responsible for placement of honey grade.

All honey and beeswax must be produced by the exhibitor.

All entries in this division must be entered Thursday, August 12, 2010 between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and are not to be picked up until Sunday, August 22, 2010 between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
PREMIUMS FOR ALL CLASSES: 1st -- $10.00 • 2nd -- $7.00 • 3rd -- $5.00
Overall Champion Ribbon (Tom Hart's Bluest of the Blue) will be given along with a $25.00 gift certificate from Walter T. Kelley Company
